Refund Policy

Your free trial
New members get 7 days of full access to SillyNutrition, free. We ask for your card details when you sign up, and we'll email you before your trial ends. If you cancel at any point during your 7 days, you won't be charged.
After your free trial
If you don't cancel, your subscription starts automatically when your trial ends, at £9.99 a month (or the price shown when you signed up, if you're outside the UK). You'll be charged on the same date each month until you cancel.
No refunds after your free trial
Once your free trial has ended and a payment has been taken, that payment is non-refundable, including for part of a month. When you sign up, you ask us to give you access straight away and agree that, once your free trial has ended, you lose your right to cancel and receive a refund for digital content that has already been supplied.
How to cancel
Open the SillyNutrition app, go to Settings, then Subscription. You can cancel at any time. You'll keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
When we will always refund
If you've been charged by mistake, charged twice, or a fault on our side has stopped you using SillyNutrition, we'll give you a full refund for that payment. Just email us within 30 days of the charge.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
